Good morning, that wonderful way.
Tomorrow!
You made it.
Let’s call it a day.
Which day?
Today, of course.
Welcome Tomorrow to Today. O/
Glad you finally made it to the party.
On with the show...
...
Sun’s up soft happy dreary gardener’s hands for rays of light.
Sometimes the best thing to do is to stay in the bathtub and stew.
Mother Nature’s stew is the sky view this morning.
What’s the nearest window like a cellphone screen say about the world outside?
...
It’s a new video game, a First Person Point of View Epic called: You!
Grab the controller. You! isn’t going to play itself.
An RPG, a MMORPG to be precise.
What job will you choose?
What skills will you go on quests to unlock?
Will you level up with friends or do solo missions?
A little of both is always best.
Saving the world is always done best with others.
What good is a saved world if there’s no one to share it with?
Plunge in hero! Learn as you go.
Everyday is another life, a restart.
Attempt the quest again, or if you finished it start a new one.
You got this.
Research hints and tips from history and press play then press forward.
The map is open world, the quests are yours to choose.
Choose ‘em.
Stack up wins.
Call the cache your life.
Your triumph of the best selling video game of all time called: You!
Take care, level up, and make a wonderful day (after you unlock the quest from the NPC, of course).

Hola, Cherry Cola

Good morning, that wonderful way.
O/ Hola, Cherry Cola.
How’s today?
All’s well pray-tell, on with the show.
Forecasters talk of snow like Winter never happened before.
Flaky white rain.
Disintegrated clouds burst and tumble like a million dove feathers on a just before green Spring Day.
Goose down coming down!
A better way to cast the weather.
...
Where are you?
Tropical, temperate, desert tundra?
Sunny seaside sauna?
Write your own description of the weather.
Text it to a friend.
They like it when you’re weird.
Good weird.
Not weird weird.
That would be weird.
...
Fun morning.
Dove feathers, goose down,
Good weird in the air!
Dog snores from the couch,
So many dreams here to share!
Persistent happiness and consistent rhyme, happens quite frequently, happens time to time.
Perhaps if I wrote only in metrical verse (though I secretly do), there’d be happiness in all these words to you.
Take care, float on air, smile when you say: Live your best dream… have your best day.

Tell It Well
2025.01.04
2025.01.04
Good morning, that wonderful way.
Hello. O/
Welcome back.
How's the air?
Not a care?
Hyper-focused to win?
Either way, let's begin.
...
Do you keep a schedule?
A hard-set hour to hour minute to minute monstrosity of a task master?
Helpful time blocked hours?
An easy wake, work, sleep eat a few times go with the flow?
You ought to have some idea where you're going when you wake up.
Why else get in the car?
Some schedules are easy GPS entries: "Fastest way and faster than that."
Some avoid traffic.
Some wake up early and take the backroads. The scenery and stress relief gained is of more value than a shorter time in the car.
I take backroads; I breathe easy. There's more to life than going faster.
Speed is only for adrenaline and adrenaline addiction will kill the quality of your life faster than any other vice.
A life of More, More, More, always leads to a busy empty life full of fast, quick empty experiences full of nothing but increased heartrates set on doing more, faster, quicker, brighter, louder.
Looking Death in the face and laughing results in a laid-back yawn from Death... you're nothing new to him. He'll see you regardless how fast you run.
If you want to impress Death, take your time. Fill it with moments that matter, memories full of feelings.
There's the thrill of scaling a massive mountain, and there's the heartfelt moments of preparation to do so, the relationships made along the way.
Your everyday life isn't so every day when you focus on building your relationships in each day.
Everything in your day is part of the story of your life: tell it well.
There's more to playing a song then playing the next one.
There's more to jumping out of an airplane then jumping out of the next one.
There's more to each day than getting through the day to experience some fun.
Happiness comes from strong relationships with all things.
Not just people; places and things, too.
Choose your relationships well, define them to serve your story and your better self, and have your better day.
